IT'S NOT A BIG STOMACH - IT'S A BIG COLON
One day while visiting Los Angeles, I decided to stop in and consult with a friend of is Colon Hydrotherapist. It's actually in Torrance, California, which is just outside of the city of Los Angeles. Monisha Garner, founder and chief colon hydrotherapist at Moya Body Care, began sharing information about aspects of colon health that you don't often hear about. She expressed one particular fact that caught my attention. She stated that, "Many people believe that a protruding belly is actually a big stomach. But it's not. A big belly is really a big colon." This was my first time hearing about this. Upon doing my research, her information proved to be right and exact!
I've always been a an advocate for sound colon health but this fact was very up lifting. She further informed me that the colon's function is much like that of a hallway though most of us think of it as a storage facility. And this is the actual problem. Your colon is there to allow waste to pass through and out of your body. Due to the insalubrious dietary habits that people possess, the colon end's up functioning as a storage facility. The result is the putrefaction of processed foods, animal products and more. Over time this food sticks to the colon wall and hardens. If nothing changes and you continue in the nutritional lifestyle the garbage begins to pile up. After a while the growth of waste will begin to show via the stomach (big belly). Of course a big colon is not the ONLY reason for a big stomach, but it plays a large role.
SO HOW DO YOU FIX THIS?
There are many ways to correct this issue. The easiest way is to remove the offending foods from your diet. You know the story. Fresh produce and fresh juice is the way. Cutting out food from a package, can or bottle is probably the most powerful tool you could implement. In addition to this you will want to increase your water intake. The key is to drink half of your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 200 pounds then you should be consuming 100 ounces of water per day. If you weigh 150 pounds you should be consuming 75 ounces of water per day. The fiber and water content of the fresh produce will help push the waste out of your system. I prefer distilled water but you can consume the water you feel is best for you. Distilled water is very efficient at helping to remove toxins from your body as well. By consuming a good amount of fruits you will glean natural distilled water as well as the distilled water you're drinking.
When you're looking for results quicker than your expected 4 to 6 month turn around of healing time for the body, it's best to incorporate herbs. Herbs serve as a form of natural medicine and nutrition. They perform many tasks within the body. Unbeknownst to the masses, most nearly all pharmaceutical drugs have their origins in an herb (plant). But unlike the complete herb, a pharmaceutical drug extracts certain active elements and compounds from the plant, so it is not as complete as the actual herb. This is why we've created the colon food plus formula. If all or most disease comes through your gut then it only makes the most sense to take special care of your colon. The colon food plus is comprised of a special blend of herbs that target the colon walls and digestive tract. Those hard to clean areas in the colon are gently scrubbed and slowly removed with herbs.
Some of the best herbs for the colon include but are not limited to: barberry bark, senna leaf, senna pods, black walnut hulls, psyllium husks, chickweed and cascara sagrada.
It's your gut health that regulates your immunity! You're more prone to contract colds, the flu and many other ailments without a strong immune system. If you're overweight or experiencing any other health challenges, it's a good chance that you're in need of a colon sweeping. It's like the plumbing in your home. If your pipes are clogged in your bathroom, no one can take a shower or flush the toilet. It won't be soon before everyone runs out of the house because no one can bathe or release waste. Take care of your plumbing system (also known as the colon).
