HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
(A):  Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation message.  That message includes your order number.  Orders typically arrive in 7 to 10 days but can take up to 28 days.  Package arrival time depends upon where you are geographically located or manpower and efficiency of our selected mail couriers.  If your order does not arrive in 7 to 10 days, please do not panic and email us asking where your order is.  We've experienced some package delays from USPS, DHL, FED EX and UPS due to the pandemic and staffing issues.  Give us the full 28 days.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT
(A):  Sometimes the courier systems are improperly updated or they've made an error during the delivery.  The first step is for you to call (the specific courier handling your package) with your tracking number so that they can provide you with a real time update.  This typically clears up the issue.  If for whatever reason the problem has not been rectified we will provide a one time replacement for you at the 28 day mark.  We still allow for the time as some customers eventually receive their order a few days after their initial contact.
DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY ADDRESSES?
(A): Yes.  In order to get an order shipped to a military address please send us an email to staff@poweredbynatureherbs.com letting us know which products you'd like to order.  From there we will create a customized electronic invoice for you to process your order this way.  Once the invoice is paid your order will be processed and a tracking number will be provided to you within 24 to 48 hours (on business days). 

Q:  DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
(A):  Yes.  When you're ordering, there will appear options to ship to Europe or your respective country.  Your products will be sent via DHL or Fed Ex.  Please note that there may be some countries to which we are unable to ship if our couriers do not provide service there.  Also Powered By Nature Herbs is NOT held responsible for any packages that are stolen or not permitted to enter your country due to your country's customs' department.  Please be advised prior to ordering.  Once the product leaves our facility and we provide tracking information it is no longer our responsibility to ensure that the package will arrive.  Customs and Border Patrol agencies reserve the right to detain packages for reasons that they deem valid.  Powered By Nature has no control over customs or border patrol agencies.  If your package is detained, lost or stolen it is a risk that you take and should be taken up with your respective country and/or the mail courier service that was used to ship your product.  

Q:  I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER
(A):  This is a common issue when purchasing.  If you enter an incorrect address on your purchase order and you reach us within 20 minutes of purchasing your order, we can most likely catch the mistake before it ships.  However, if you enter an incorrect address and it's after the 20 minute point, you will have to re-order.  Powered By Nature Herbs will not be held responsible for replacing any orders due to customer address data entry errors.  Thus the customer must re-order at their expense.  Our orders are automatically processed electronically and prepped quickly for shipping which generally results in an order that is packaged and sent out to our couriers rapidly.  It is virtually impossible to have our staff attempt to locate an order (in a pile that is prepped to be shipped via FED EX, DHL, USPS or UPS) after the order has been processed.  The only potential exception to "maybe" catching your order in time is if your order is placed between late night 10 pm EST and 7 am EST which are non-work hours.  If you have made an error on your address and happen to catch within the 20 minute mark please send us an email to staff@poweredbynatureherbs.com.  All other address errors will have to re-order.  PLEASE BE SURE OF ALL THE INFORMATION YOU ENTER.

Q: MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED WHEN I OPENED IT
(A): No worries, we've got you covered.  Simply send us an email to staff@poweredbynatureherbs.com with a picture of the damaged product.  (ie) activated charcoal packet that spilled inside of the mailing envelope and damaged all of your other products.  Once we have the proof and have reviewed your case we can proceed in getting you a replacement for your product purchase.


Q:  I WANT A REFUND I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT
(A):  Because of the nature of our business we do not offer refunds unless we have made an error or the shipping courier has lost the package.  We are a small company that offers a unique service with natural plants that are sourced from around the world and therefore we cannot function the same way a fortune 500 synthetic supplement company functions.  Our formulas take time, effort and most importantly, an abundance of natural resources to prepare.  Please be sure about your purchase before committing.
 
Q: WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
When an order comes into the "order que" that order is immediately processed.  However, it may take up to 24 hours before that order leaves our fulfillment center.  The order is then taken to a local processing station of a specified shipping courier.  That particular courier may take another day to get our product to their central shipping location and from there your package begins transit.  If it's a holiday this could also slow the process of getting your product out to you expeditiously.
